We'll tell you when it's too early to hire us

Most 3PLs won't. Run your real numbers — if you're still better off packing them yourself, the calculator says so and we say goodbye.

Below a few hundred orders you are cheaper than any warehouse in the country — because you don't pay yourself. Drag the volume and watch where that stops being true.

Everyone says “request a quote.” Here's the whole list.

Including the four lines the rest of the industry keeps off the page until after you've signed. Ours are zero — and every other number sits next to the industry range so you can check instead of trust.

Rates shown for 1,000 orders a month — tier 500–2,000. Bands work like tax brackets: the first 500 orders bill at the first rate, the next 1,500 at the second, the rest at the third — so the per-order total below is a blend, not the bottom rate. Three bands, all published: under 500500–2,0002,000+

Aisle 05The handoff

Four reasons we'd turn you down.

A warehouse that takes everyone is a warehouse with spare space, not a partner. Here's when we say no.

  1. 01 Under 300 orders a month. You're cheaper packing them yourself, and we'd be selling you convenience while calling it savings. At 200 orders a month our fee lands near $1,000 while your own cost is materials only. Come back when packing eats more than 40 hours.
  2. 02 Fewer than 40 SKUs, all fast movers. Your own back room beats our rack rates until the catalogue grows.Under 40 SKUs you can hold everything within arm's reach. Racking pays off when picking starts costing you walking distance.
  3. 03 Same-day delivery promised on your site. We ship same day up to a 2 pm cutoff — anything tighter needs a courier, not a warehouse.Orders placed by 2:00 pm local at the assigned dock ship the same day. A promise of "ordered at 6, delivered tonight" is a courier route, and we won't pretend otherwise.
  4. 04 Cold chain, hazmat or licensed goods. We don't hold the permits, and we won't take the account to work it out afterwards. No temperature-controlled zone, no hazmat licence, no bonded storage. Ask us for two names of people who do hold them and we'll send them.
Aisle 06The map

Two docks cover the whole country.

Reno and Columbus. Ground from the nearer one reaches most of the map in two days, and every order is routed to whichever dock sits closer to the buyer. Point at a state to see what it actually costs.

Aisle 07The questions

What people ask before they switch.

Answered the way we'd answer on the phone — with a number, not with "it depends".

Run my numbers →

01How long does moving in take?

Eleven working days from signature to first order out, if your goods are already in the country. Days 1–3 integration and label setup, 4–7 goods arrive and get counted, 8–11 test orders on your own storefront.

02What do you plug into?

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Amazon Seller Central directly. Anything else through a plain REST endpoint — orders in, tracking out. Integration isn't billed, and you keep your own carrier accounts if you already have them.

03What if a peak month doubles my volume?

The rate card has three volume bands and they're all printed on this page, so a peak month can only move your price down a band, never up. No renegotiation, no surcharge, no minimum to miss. We ask for a forecast six weeks out so the shift is staffed — not so the price moves.

04Who pays when you pick the wrong item?

We do. Reship at our cost, return label at our cost, and the pick fee credited back. Published accuracy is 99.4 % over the last twelve months, and the monthly report lists every miss with its order number.

05Can I leave?

Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, no per-pallet removal charge. The stock is yours — book a truck and we'll have it palletised and labelled for pickup.

One number decides it

If the calculator says stay put, stay put.

We'd rather lose a month of your business than sign you into something that costs you more. Come back when the packing table stops fitting in the room.
